2019 Ram 1500 trim levels explained

Recently named the 2019 Motortrend Truck of the Year, this iconic pickup truck combines legendary toughness with 21st-century style, safety, and technology. To really understand how versatile the 2019 RAM 1500, we thought it would be a great idea to go over each of the eight trim levels to help find the right one for our loyal customers.
Tradesman
The 2019 RAM 1500 Tradesman may be the entry-level trim, but that doesn't mean it skimps on the standard features. Much like many of the RAM 1500 trucks, this trim comes with a 3.6-liter Pentastar VVT V6 engine with eTorque and an eight-speed automatic transmission. For no extra cost, the Tradesman is also equipped with 18-inch steel wheels with 275/65R18 BSW all-season tyres, ParkView Rear Back-up Camera, Uconnect 3 multimedia centre with a five-inch touchscreen and six speakers. The 2019 RAM 1500 Tradesman offers unique looks thanks to the black grille, door handles and front and rear bumpers.
SXT
The 2019 RAM 1500 SXT trim level offers the same powertrain, Heavy-duty front/rear shock absorbers, and outstanding fuel economy of 9.4L/100 km highway as the Tradesman. For only a little more in price, the SXT trim comes standard with cloth 40/20/40 front bench seat, 18-inch aluminum wheels, chrome front and rear bumpers, and one-year of SiriusXM satellite radio.
Big Horn
If you are looking to take on work and play with a tough elegance, the 2019 RAM 1500 Big Horn is a great choice. Drivers get 18-inch aluminum wheels with dynamic BSW all-season Goodyear tyres standard as well as a leather-wrapped steering wheel with audio controls. You'll stand out on the road thanks to the chrome front/rear bumpers, grille, and door handles.
Sport
As we move up the trims, we come to the RAM 1500 Sport. The features really start to get extra special with the Sport trim thanks to the standard 20-inch aluminum wheels with OWL all-season tyres, heated front seats, and a seven-inch full-colour customizable in-cluster display centre. You'll have no problem staying connected and entertained thanks to the Uconnect 4 multimedia centre with 8.4-inch touchscreen.
Rebel
If there was ever an aptly named pickup truck, it's the 2019 RAM 1500 Rebel. Few trucks look like the RAM 1500 Rebel due to the black aluminum wheels, Black "RAM" tailgate badge, black powder-coated front and rear bumpers, and black lower two-tone paint and fender flares. The ride is also special thanks to the ELocker electronic-locking rear differential, standard 4x4 drive, and 5.7-liter HEMI VVT V8.
Laramie
The RAM 1500 Laramie is a name most truck owners know means quality. The 2019 Laramie continues this tradition with a fabulous ride and a ton of standard hi-tech features like 10-amplified speakers with subwoofer, ventilated front seats, four-way adjustable headrests, power 12-way driver and front passenger seats.
Laramie Longhorn
Now with the Laramie trim is the advanced 2019 RAM Laramie Longhorn. This trim is just packed with special features such as Bi-functional LED halogen projector headlamps, full-leather high-back bucket seats, and heated 2nd-row seats. Other benefits include a remote tailgate release, SiriusXM Guardian with a one-year subscription, and rain-sensing windshield wipers.
Limited
At the very top of the 2019 RAM 1500 trim levels is the Limited. You'll dominate the road thanks to the Active-Level Four-Corner Air Suspension, chrome bodyside molding, and Blind-Spot Monitoring with Rear Cross-Path detection and trailer detection. The Uconnect 4C NAV multimedia centre with a 12-inch touchscreen and navigation makes it hard to get lost and the standard wireless charging pad means a fully charged phone at all times.
