The 2027 Dodge Charger Super Bee Is Bringing the Sting Back
The Dodge Charger Super Bee is back for 2027, and Dodge clearly isn’t interested in being subtle.
Unveiled as part of the Charger’s 60th-anniversary celebration, the new 2027 Dodge Charger SIXPACK Super Bee takes the latest gasoline-powered Charger and turns up the performance. Its modified 3.0L High-Output twin-turbo Hurricane inline-six produces 600 horsepower and 531 lb-ft of torque, making it the most powerful internal-combustion version of the current Charger announced so far.
And yes, we know what some Dodge fans are thinking: Where’s the HEMI?
The Super Bee takes a different approach. Dodge pairs that 600 horsepower with an eight-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel drive, with reported performance of 0–60 mph in 3.6 seconds and an 11.8-second quarter-mile. Upgraded adaptive suspension, Brembo brakes, performance tires and dedicated Drag and Track modes make this much more than a Charger with some Super Bee graphics slapped on the side.
The new Super Bee also builds on the eighth-generation Charger platform, which already offers modern Uconnect technology, an aggressive widebody design and the practicality of available two- and four-door configurations across the Charger lineup. Dodge’s 2027 lineup continues to make standard AWD a major part of the new generation.
For Canadian muscle-car fans, this could be one of the most interesting new Dodge models to watch. Pricing and complete Canadian availability have not yet been announced, so we’ll be watching closely as Dodge releases more details.
